Shipping & Delivery
- We ship the next business day after the payment is received and cleared. Instant payment can be done by deposit by Interac Online, Interac Email Money Transfer, Credit Cards or PayPal. Cheques will take 7 business days to clear. A tracking number will be sent to the buyer after items ship. Shipping within Canada and US usually takes 3-6 business days depending on location. Please note that weekends do not count. Please do not contact us before the EDT has elapsed.
IF your product is not arrived on time or you have not received the items more than 5 days after EDT, please contact your shipping company and give them tracking number. Once the order leaves the manufacturing facilities we cannot be held responsible FOR ANY SHIPPING LATE/LOSS/DAMAGE IF OCCURRED. Delivery of equipment to a carrier at any major plant or other shipping point shall constitute delivery to purchaser, and regardless of freight payment, all risk of loss or damage in transit shall pass to purchaser at that time. Great care is taken in packing our equipment in order to insure safe delivery. RUSH order counts only bussiness days in production and does not count day of the order and shipping time from facilities.
Canada Transformers cannot be held responsible for breakage after having received "in good order" receipts from the transportation company. All claims for loss and/or damage must be made by the purchaser to the carrier. Claims for shortage or other errors must be made in writing to Canada Transformers within thirty (30) days after receipt of shipment, failure to give such notice shall constitute the qualified acceptance and a waiver of all such claims by the purchaser. No allowances will be made in lieu of transportation if purchaser accepts shipment at factory, warehouse, freight station, or otherwise supplies its own transportation. Method and route of shipment will be at the discretion of manufacturer, unless purchaser shall specify otherwise. Any additional expense of the method or route of shipment specified by the purchaser shall be borne by purchaser. Canada Transformers reserves the right to make delivery in installments, unless otherwise expressly stipulated in the contract for sale; all such installments when separately invoiced shall be paid for when due per invoice, without regard to subsequent deliveries. Delay in delivery of any installment shall not relieve purchaser of its obligations to accept remaining deliveries. Shipping dates are approximate and are based upon prompt receipt of all necessary information from the purchaser. Canada Transformersshall not be liable for any damage as a result of any delay due to any clause beyond Canada Transformer 's reasonable control, including, without limitation, an act of God; act of purchaser, embargo or other governmental act, regulation or request; fire; accidents; strikes; slow-downs, wars, riots, delays in transportation; car shortages; and inability to obtain necessary labour, materials or manufacturing facilities. In the event of any such delay, the date of delivery shall be extended for a period equal to the time lost by reason of the delay. Extra costs incurred by routing to purchasers requirements will be assumed by the purchaser.
Privacy & Security
We never share personal information, contact information, or financial data about individual our customers with any companies, period. No exceptions. You'll never wind up on a 3rd party mailing list.

Returns & Replacements
Returns:
Before returning any product you must obtain RETURN GOOD AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RGA). The return products must be adequately packaged and all paper must be shipped “FREIGHT PREPAID"
Product returned for Credit / Cash refund.
Any products returned for credit / cash refund are to be unused and without shipping damages. Standard products are subject to minimum 20% restocking charge. Special products, if returnable are subject to higher restocking charges. Restocking charges are to be agreed upon for every product.
Product returned-for-repair.
Estimate of the repair cost will be forwarded to the customer. Customer will authorize repair work and must provide a valid purchase order. If there is no agreement, thecustomer must provide a written request to return – freight collect or to scrap the product.
Product returned for Warranty Evaluation.
If product is defective as a result of a material or workmanship and is in accordance to standard warranty policy product will be repaired at no charge or full credit will be issued. If product is not considered to be under warranty the same policy will be applied for products returned-for-repair.
Products returned because of freight damage.
Risk of loss or damage of the products in transit shall pass to the customer at manufacturer or warehouse FOB point. Customer will be responsible for filling the freight claim.

Payment & Pricing
Written quotes are conditional upon acceptance by purchaser within thirty (30) days from the date issued and shall be considered as offers by Canada Transformers to sell during such 30-day period unless sooner terminated by notice. All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a net price change, the price of the equipment on order but unshipped will be adjusted to the price in effect at the time of shipment. Downward adjustment of prices shall apply only to unshipped portions of outstanding orders. All clerical errors are subject to correction
We offer promotions to our customers. All our customers are getting price discounts when they have at least one order during the last twelve (12) month. Through our loyalty the more purchases you make the better the discount you will receive. For our best customers who are electrical contractors and provide installation services we offer our reference and listing of their contact information on our website, and websites link exchange under menu "Services".
Viewing Orders
You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account. Once your register you will have access to your previous order, be able to see the status of your current order, tracking information, get promotions and discounts. If you do not want to register and want to stay as a guest we still give ability to check the status of your order by email or going to Orders and returns page filing form with order ID, Billing Name and/or email address or Zip Code
